</script>學院簡介 返回主頁 院長的話 曹偉彤院長 福音使者的宣講 我曾形容學院像一列載著未來傳道者前行的火車，而我有幸被派去擔當領導和服侍的角色，可以坐在列車的前方，近距離目睹神如何引領我們快樂地前進。 這兩年，我目睹神引領學院進入成長和前進的軌道上，我們從「卓越」進入「同心協作」，再朝「宣講」奔馳。 從「卓越」到「同心協作」再到「宣講」 在去年初的新院長就職演辭，我提到自己憧憬一種「卓越的神學教育」，期盼建立一群卓越的僕人領袖，讓他們有能力辨明耶穌的心腸，有能力回應教會和迎對社會。到去年8月剛開學時，我們一起在「全院祈禱會」祈求神叫我們成為一所卓越的神學院，賜給我們殷切款待的氛圍。我們所求的「卓越」，並非甚麼「傲視同群」，而是一種「以基督的心為心」的謙卑服侍，是傳道者所具有的與福音相稱的品德，尤其是對神話語的忠心。我們所求的「殷切款待」，是彼此相愛、互相接納的信仰實踐，是踏進工場的傳道者必須具備的生命素質。 到今年1月，學院開始踏進一個實踐「同心協作」的新階段。我與老師和同工互勉，盼望我們在神學教育事工上彼此協合配搭，一起與神同工、與人同工。在與老師逐一傾談，了解各人的主、副教研領域，以及對教會和社會的一些關注後，我發覺老師的專長很有潛力互相配搭，作跨科際的整合。我為神所配搭的老師團隊而雀躍、感恩，我相信團隊的同心協作能成為推動學院前進的巨大力量，使我們可以有力服侍教會和迎對社會。 在2010-11新學年，學院著力朝「宣講」的方向前進。今年8月，我在開學典禮上以「愚拙：生命的宣講」為題，與全院師生分享。我盼望每個老師、同學的生命都與十架福音相稱，盼望主召喚我們返回傳道者首要的職事──不追逐世界的智慧和風氣，只全心倚賴神的靈，宣講「愚拙」的十架福音。我祈求神幫助我們在這學年對宣講的職事有更深的思考和學習，叫「浸神」成為一所宣講的神學院，叫老師和學生都充滿著這種生命宣講的靈性。 「福音使者」忠信地成為神話語的出口 除了宣講的靈性，我也想到宣講的圖象。宣講的圖象是多樣的，其中一個重要的圖象是「福音使者」（herald）。我希望「浸神」的老師和同學都是傳講福音的「福音使者」。 「福音使者」這觀念源於新約用以描述宣講的希臘字kerusso。Kerusso是神透過人所發出的說話，正如一位君王透過使者的口說話。因此，宣講者只是傳遞信息、為講章選字用句，神才是那
