The author points out that the core of spiritual life growth lies in the relationship between man and God, and the most basic element of the practice of &quot;friendship with God&quot; is to live in a relationship of &quot;grace alone.&quot; He is also convinced that a growing life is a life that moves toward God and others in love, and it must also be a life that draws closer to oneself in love.\n<br><br>\nThe author himself pursues growth in the grace of crisis and experiences the reality and nourishment of prayer and friendship. This book can be said to be the author&#039;s spiritual reading notes. It not only combines the insights of philosophers and the theological wisdom of sages of faith, but is also a simple and practical work that can guide readers to reflect on the soul and pursue spiritual pursuits.
