course focuses on choral skills and guides students to discover how to pursue beautiful choral effects in church and school choral settings (i.e., most choral members have not received professional This course is offered periodically, with each session being independent yet interconnected. In addition to theoretical lectures and the instructor&#039;s over 50 years of practical experience, actual choral practice observations are included, allowing students to directly participate and experiment with techniques as needed. Lecturer Mr. Liu Yongsheng is a retired lecturer in the Department of Practical Theology at this institute. He holds a Bachelor of Music (Honors) degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is the Music Director of the Ho Sing Choir, Church Orchestra, and Hong Kong Choir Society. Target audience: Church or school choral music instructors and conductors. Applicants should have at least two years of choral conducting experience or three years of choral experience and be able to read music.
