It focuses on improving the psychological resilience of those seeking help to cope with various problems, including not being bound by obsessions, accepting pain, connecting with the present moment, being aware of oneself, and living a life guided by values. This psychological model can help believers cultivate a vibrant and healthy mind, contributing to bearing the fruit of the Holy Spirit.
