Choral singing is an important artistic medium for praise and presentation in the church. This course is like a laboratory, allowing choral students and conducting students to explore how elements such as timbre, harmony, and phrasing can be transformed into complete artistic products through the conductor&#039;s interpretation, leading to a more beautiful ministry. Choirs are encouraged to enroll as a whole. The instructor will guide students to design vocal exercises for the choir according to the repertoire and their application in choral singing, helping students solidify their own and the choral vocal foundation, and designing sustainable training methods. Conducting students will lead each practice session and receive feedback and suggestions for future practice directions. This undergraduate program admits both conducting and choral students. Ms. Kwok Yuen Master of Arts in Music Studies from the University of Hong Kong (with distinction) Postgraduate Diploma in Vocal Performance and Opera from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts Trinity College of Music, UK Diploma in Singing (ATCL) Target Audience Choir conductors, lead singers, school music teachers and music lovers.
