Luo Yongguang&#039;s article &quot;On Earth as Heaven&quot; - The Lord&#039;s Prayer and Totalitarian Politics&quot; discusses two political and religious discourses during the &quot;Third Reich&quot; period in the 20th century, namely the Ansbacher Counsel and the Theological Declaration of Barmen. The former is based on the Reformed &quot;Kingdom of Christ&quot; and the latter is based on Luther&#039;s Two Kingdoms Theory. Both focus on the position of the kingdom on earth.
