The easiest teaching arrangement of course is for each teacher to teach the topics in which they are specialized. However, there may be a lack of interaction among the teachers. Although students may acquire all the different expert knowledge from the various teachers in a single course, it may be difficult for them to see the whole picture. Therefore, greater thought should be devoted to the course design.<\/p><p align=\"\u201cjustify\u201d\">\u3000\u3000At the minimum, common interest is an essential starting point. All teachers who co-taught the three courses above have studied and conducted critical research on the related topics, or even published related academic articles. They have long accumulated a basic knowledge on the relevant topics; because of the opportunity to teach, they are able to deepen their understanding of the topics. Such a common interest among the teachers is also cultivated by their daily communication and sharing. Hence, their teaching is not a matter of merely parroting information.<\/p><p align=\"\u201cjustify\u201d\">\u3000\u3000As the starting point is common interest, some team-taught courses are electives, for examples, \u201cEcclesiology\u201d and \u201cWilliam Willimon on Worship, Ethics and Preaching.\u201d All three teachers who taught the latter course have a particular interest in some aspect of William H. Willimon\u2019s thinking. But they are critical in taking his theories with reference to the church\u2019s actual context, and do not accept all his theories without question. The requirements of teaching this course are not only that the teachers teach their own portion, but they should also attend the other co-teachers\u2019 classes, as well as participate in classroom discussions. This way, not only can the teachers expand their knowledge, but they can also integrate all the various aspects of a subject with the students so as to obtain a thorough and comprehensive understanding, instead of some fragmentary information.<\/p><p align=\"\u201cjustify\u201d\">\u3000\u3000Strengthening the interaction between teachers and students is also a new attempt in our team teaching. This is primarily through students\u2019 assigned reading and through questions posed by teachers. Guidance is of paramount importance in this case; otherwise, students tend to be left clueless and their direction lost. The teacher in charge would propose a few themes, point out what aspects required attention and those key points for thinking, so as to help students stay focused. The requirements for teaching this course are not only that the teacher explain his own part, but also that the students listen to each other&#039;s lectures and participate in the discussion in class. In this way, the teacher not only broadens his own knowledge, but also integrates it with the students to obtain a coherent understanding rather than fragmented information. Strengthening the interaction between teachers and students is also a new attempt of &quot;co-teaching&quot;. This is mainly through students reading designated books or articles and teachers&#039; questions. Guidance is very important, otherwise students will easily be confused and lose their direction. The responsible teacher prepares a few questions, points out the aspects that need to be paid attention to and the key points to think about, so as to help students not lose focus, and the discussion should also be linked to the students&#039; own church experience so that they can learn and apply it flexibly. It is a test for teachers to stimulate the interaction of all in class. This requires that the teacher has a thorough knowledge of the subject, the ability to understand the students\u2019 problems, and the ability to respond to them, improve them, and inspire them to think. One teacher may barely be able to cope with it, but two teachers can complement each other, and three teachers can often create sparks. This is a pleasant learning experience. \u3000\u3000\u81f3\u5c11\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u8208\u8da3\u662f\u5fc5\u9808\u7684\u8d77\u9ede\u3002\u6709\u5206\u6559\u6388\u4e0a\u8ff0\u4e09\u79d1\u7684\u8001\u5e2b\u90fd\u5c0d\u76f8\u95dc\u8ab2\u984c\u6709\u6240\u6d89\u7375\u3001\u505a\u904e\u6279\u5224\u784f\u7a76\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u66fe\u767c\u8868\u5b78\u8853\u6587\u7ae0\uff1b\u4ed6\u5011\u65e9\u5df2\u7d2f\u7a4d\u4e86\u57fa\u672c\u77e5\u8b58\uff0c\u56e0\u7232\u6559\u5b78\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u5c0d\u6709\u95dc\u8ab2\u984c\u52a0\u6df1\u4e86\u89e3\uff0c\u6709\u6240\u5f97\u76ca\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u5171\u540c\u8208\u8da3\u7684\u57f9\u990a\uff0c\u4e5f\u5f97\u529b\u65bc\u5e73\u6642\u4ea4\u6d41\u3002\u90a3\u9ebc\uff0c\u654e\u5b78\u5c31\u4e0d\u662f\u300c\u642c\u5b57\u904e\u7d19\u300d\u4e86\u3002 \u3000\u3000\u56e0\u70ba\u4ee5\u5171\u540c\u8208\u8da3\u70ba\u8d77\u9ede\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u63a1\u7528\u300c\u5354\u540c\u6559\u5b78\u300d\u7684\u79d1\u76ee\u6709\u4e9b\u662f\u9078\u4fee\u79d1\u3002\u300c\u6559\u6703\u795e\u5b78\u89c0\u300d\u8ddf\u300c\u97cb\u5229\u8499\uff1a\u5d07\u62dc\u3001\u502b\u7406\u3001\u5ba3\u8b1b\u300d\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u4f8b\u5b50\u3002\u6559\u6388\u5f8c\u8005\u7684\u90a3\u4e09\u4f4d\u8001\u5e2b\uff0c\u539f\u4f86\u5404\u81ea\u5c0d\u97cb\u5229\u8499\u7684\u67d0\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\u7279\u5225\u611f\u8208\u8da3\uff0c\u4e14\u6309\u7167\u6559\u6703\u7684\u5be6\u969b\u8655\u5883\u5c0d\u4ed6\u7684\u5b78\u8aaa\u52a0\u4ee5\u6279\u5224\u548c\u5438\u7d0d\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u4e0d\u5047\u601d\u7d22\u5730\u7167\u55ae\u5168\u6536\u3002\u9019\u79d1\u76ee\u6388\u8ab2\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u8001\u5e2b\u8b1b\u89e3\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u4e5f\u8981\u4e92\u76f8\u807d\u8ab2\uff0c\u53c3\u8207\u5802\u4e0a\u8a0e\u8ad6\u3002\u9019\u6a23\uff0c\u8001\u5e2b\u4e0d\u55ae\u62d3\u5bec\u4e86\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u77e5\u8b58\uff0c\u4e5f\u8ddf\u540c\u5b78\u4e00\u8d77\u6574\u5408\uff0c\u5f97\u51fa\u878d\u6703\u8cab\u901a\u7684\u4e86\u89e3\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u96f6\u788e\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u3002
