</script>課程及入學 返回主頁 樂齡康體事工 科目 樂齡康體事工 內容 香港人口老化，年長者的人數不斷增加。本課程的目的是介紹樂齡人士康體事工，學員可認識年齡成長與身體改變、健康與運動、預防跌倒的方法、體適能檢測及訓練、唱詩歌做體操運動。學員亦學會運用及實踐課程內容在教會推展樂齡康體事工。 主題： 年齡增長生理變化及肌動發展、運動與健康、熱身運勦及基本舞步 運動訓練之安全措施、普及體操之認知、體適能：伸展運動 教授長者普及體操之建議、基本舞步、圖形、普及體操實習訓練 (徒手操、球操)、小組普及體操練習 體適能: 心肺耐力、長者體適能測試 普及體操實習訓練 (帶操、創意用具)、小組普及體操練習 椅上訓練、小組普及體操練習 體適能: 肌力及肌耐力、預防跌倒的方法、實習訓練 (簡易活動) 課程評估及樂齡普及體操實習評估 講師 (排名不分先後) 張小燕教授 (香港浸會大學體育、運動及健康學系榮休教授) 蔡曉嵐博士 (香港高等教育科技學院運動及康樂學系副教授) 余綺霞女士 (中國香港體操總會普及體操教練及裁判） 對象 有志建立成熟靈命的信徒。 日期 14/4/26-2/6/26 (逢禮拜二，共八堂) 時間 晚上7:15 – 9:30 地點 香港浸信會神學院 應用神學教育中心 九龍旺角弼街56號基督教大樓8樓 (只設實體上課模式) 費用 註冊生或旁聽生一律為$890 名額 40 備註 本科為 家庭照顧者及金齡事工證書課程 之科目。其他申請者可透過 信徒普及神學課程 報讀此科目為選修科，凡符合指定的出席率，並完成講師之課程要求，即評定為合格，可獲科目證書。 截止報名日期 2026年4月7日 報名表 網上報名 下載報名表格
