iDisk and Email Frequent Asked Question (FAQ)

1. What is iDisk?
 In iDisk, you can upload and download your through Internet.
 When you login our Seminary network(Domain=HKBTS), the same information will be  on your H: drive. You do not have to bring your data files from Seminary to ATEC, LTED or your home.

2. How to change the password?
 1. Goto https://www.hkbts.edu.hk/idisk and logon iDisk.
 2. Press change password button and change your password.
 3. Enter your own old password and new password and press change button.

3. How to protect your data files?
 1. Always change your password by idisk ( at least 8 characters with at least 3 letters and 3 numbers )
 2. Do not save your login password in Internet Explorer and firefox

4. How to remove the “auto-save password” features and saved password in IE?
 1. 在[ 工具 ] –> [ 網際網絡選項 ]
 2. 在[ 一般 ] –> 按[ 刪除 ]
 3. 選擇所有再按刪除

6. What is the mail size limit and idisk size limit?
 The mail size limit is 1GB for student.
 The idisk size limit is 1GB for student.

7. How to add spam / junk Email filtering rules?
 Just forward spam / junk mail to hkbts-blacklist@hkbts.edu.hk, system will automately added to filtering rules
