During my three years in the academy, I often heard the dean and teachers emphasize that "HKTS" is a disciple group and we should learn to live the life of a disciple group. For me, the disciple group life here is the process of getting along with the students of different backgrounds and personalities. It is not easy to learn. But God allows us to discover our own self and change our lives through group life. There are many life and death education courses in the market, but most of them are fragmented lectures that fail to specifically and comprehensively deconstruct the issues of life and death. Thanks to the Baptist Theological Education Department for offering this course, which allows me to connect Christian theology with life and death education, and to understand other religions’ views on life and death. This course helped me learn how to face death calmly, understand "transitioning from death to life", and actively face the difficulties of life and death. I also learned to understand the feelings of bereaved people and walk with those who grieve. ...
