Distance Education Program

The Seminary has set up the Distance Education Program since February 1998 to provide theological training by “correspondence” or via the “internet” for Chinese Christians all over the world, so that they can equip themselves at any time and place, then serve effectively in their churches. The programs offered are:

Certificate in Biblical Studies
Diploma in Christian Studies (Non-degree Program)
Higher Diploma in Christian Studies (Non-degree Program)
Diploma in Christian Studies (Degree Program)
Higher Diploma in Christian Studies (Degree Program)
Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies
Postgraduate Certificate in Christian Studies (Degree Program)
Postgraduate Diploma in Christian Studies (Degree Program)
Master of Arts in Christian Studies

1. Onesimus Training Program

與香港基督教更新會合辦，始於1999年，對象是懲教所內歸主的信徒。

2. Emmanuel Project

與視障人士福音中心合辦，始於2001年，對象是視力有障礙的信徒。

3. Philemon Training Program

與恩與美文化基金有限公司合辦，始於2016年，對象是監獄囚友、釋囚、戒毒人士及其他弱勢社群。

Thanks to Hong Kong Baptist Theological Seminary for offering online courses, allowing overseas Chinese to have the opportunity to further their studies. The course content was very fulfilling, and I especially liked the subject of church history. I spent the most time reading relevant materials for that assignment. I also thank all the teachers for their hard work in correcting homework. During my studies, I constantly have new thoughts and explorations about my beliefs.

Thank God for giving me the opportunity to learn spiritual knowledge. Through three years of studying the distance education course "Emmanuel Project", my spiritual life has been greatly improved. I hope that in the future I can continue to make progress in God's words, understand knowledge, and preach the gospel.
