content The undergraduate degree is one of the five compulsory courses in the "Certificate in Church Administration". It aims to help students learn about special personalities and temperaments, external communication skills, administrative and human resource management, and event planning skills, so as to master the skills of building and promoting interpersonal relationships in church administration and gain a more accurate understanding and reflection on team ministry.
Contents:
  1. Skills in visiting friends and caring for guests, receiving and following up with new guests, and external communication.
  2. Office interpersonal relationships (relationships with superiors, subordinates, and peers).
  3. A Look at Special Personalities and Tempers (1)
  4. A Look at Special Personalities and Tempers (2)
  5. A Look at Special Personalities and Tempers (3)
  6. Church administration and pastoral care
  7. Team ministry and human resource management (recruiting and organizing volunteers)
  8. Preparation and arrangement of celebrations and large-scale events
