content 本課程旨在幫助家庭成員、教會同工及照顧者，理解長者在家庭、人際、理財、健康、情緒與靈性上的需要，並學習如何在陪伴與照顧中提供支持，建立更有愛心與智慧的照顧與同行。
Contents:
  1. 家庭變，學轉化－認識老年人常見家庭關係的困難
  2. 朋友寡，交心足－認識老年人面對心靈孤單的需要
  3. 身體貴，願愛惜－認識老年人面對衰退病困的需要
  4. 情緒穩，有力過－認識老年人常見情緒及認知困擾
  5. 思想正，天地寬－學習建立情緒健康有裨益的竅門
  6. 學理財，生活安－學習理財基本概念掌握生活節奏
  7. 面死亡，不逃避－幫助老年人面對死亡失去的苦困
  8. 認定主，不遲疑－學習建立老年人信仰到位的轉化
