Personality, temperament and service

suject Personality, temperament and service
content Serving in churches and organizations requires not only proper teamwork but also handling disagreements and conflicts. These aspects of service are closely related to our personality and temperament. This course uses the 16 personality types as a foundation, supplemented by other personality theories, to help participants gain a more concrete understanding of their own and their partners' personalities and service styles. It enables participants to improve interpersonal relationships and promote unity in team service interactions.
Contents:
1. Course Introduction and Preface (Character and Ministry)
2. Introduction to Personality Development Theories
3 and 4. Testing, assessment, and application of personality and temperament (MBTI personality type 16, SCMP four-fold temperament)
5. Personality, temperament, and the life of service
6. Concerto and Spark in Ministry
7. Leadership Style and Conflict Management
8. Life Quality and Growth Orientation, Course Summary
