In 2008, I completed my bachelor’s degree in biblical studies at a Bible college in the United States and have been pastoring ever since. During my studies, I took the general curriculum courses for the Bachelor of Theology (i.e. the "four pillars": Bible studies, church history, systematic theology, and practical theology), with the majority of them being Bible studies. At the time, I felt like, "Long live economics! Theology is boring!" Even after studying systematic theology for three semesters, my impression of theology was just a bunch of boring discussions.
