Theological education is like a symphony with rigorous structure and creativity. Each part tells the story of the integration of theological wisdom and life practice. In 2009, when I took over the post of Dean of Hong Kong Baptist Theological Seminary, I was determined to compose this spiritual movement across time and space according to God's will. The theological wisdom (theologia) we pursue is by no means a static accumulation of knowledge, but the art of life that can discern the "heart of Jesus" (Philippians 1:8) in complex situations.
