When students participate in a subject, they usually expect the teacher to share his research results on a specific topic and lead the students to discuss and learn in depth. In subjects that adopt the "collaborative teaching" model, teachers approach the same topic from different perspectives, demonstrating the diversity of different aspects of the subject through multi-angle analysis and dialogue. In the course of "Church Theology", professors with different expertise put forward clear viewpoints from different aspects such as the Old Testament, the New Testament, church history, theology, and ethical practice, and guided students to have in-depth discussions, allowing students to learn a deep and broad view of the church in a short period of time. Grace Chan Associate Chaplain and Lecturer of Church Music In 2014, I co-taught the course "Church Worship Studies" with teachers from the Bible and Christian Thought departments, a total of five people. Since this subject is an interdisciplinary study, it requires the integration of various fields, with equal emphasis on theory and practice. Before the course started, several of us teachers met to discuss the course’s objectives, scope, key content, and homework requirements, so as to help students think about the church’s worship ministry from multiple perspectives, including the Bible, theology, church history, church tradition and rituals, church worship ministry and pastoral care, ethical practice, and modern cultural context. The classes were taught by teachers from different disciplines who took turns teaching the corresponding topics; I was mainly responsible for coordination, observing each class and teaching the second half of the class.
